“卓越计划”是当前乃至今后十余年我国高等工程教育改革的指引。工程训练中心作为我国工科大学生在校内集中接受工程综合素养提升的实践教学部门,不仅要积极配合“卓越计划”的实施,更应该站在为我国国民经济培养更多适应性和领军型工程人才的高度,通过“重构工程训练课程内容体系”、“全面采用研究性教学方法”、“加强工程训练教学团队建设”、“完善工程训练教学质量管理体系”和“加强教学资源的开发与整合”等举措,探索出一条新形势下工程训练教学的“卓越发展”之路,以扩大学生的受益面,并提升对我国工科人才培养的贡献度。
“卓越計劃”是噹前迺至今後十餘年我國高等工程教育改革的指引。工程訓練中心作為我國工科大學生在校內集中接受工程綜閤素養提升的實踐教學部門,不僅要積極配閤“卓越計劃”的實施,更應該站在為我國國民經濟培養更多適應性和領軍型工程人纔的高度,通過“重構工程訓練課程內容體繫”、“全麵採用研究性教學方法”、“加彊工程訓練教學糰隊建設”、“完善工程訓練教學質量管理體繫”和“加彊教學資源的開髮與整閤”等舉措,探索齣一條新形勢下工程訓練教學的“卓越髮展”之路,以擴大學生的受益麵,併提升對我國工科人纔培養的貢獻度。
“탁월계화”시당전내지금후십여년아국고등공정교육개혁적지인。공정훈련중심작위아국공과대학생재교내집중접수공정종합소양제승적실천교학부문,불부요적겁배합“탁월계화”적실시,경응해참재위아국국민경제배양경다괄응성화령군형공정인재적고도,통과“중구공정훈련과정내용체계”、“전면채용연구성교학방법”、“가강공정훈련교학단대건설”、“완선공정훈련교학질량관리체계”화“가강교학자원적개발여정합”등거조,탐색출일조신형세하공정훈련교학적“탁월발전”지로,이확대학생적수익면,병제승대아국공과인재배양적공헌도。
The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers ( PETOE) is the guideline of China’ s higher engineering education at present and in the following ten years.The engineering training center is the educational practice sector to improve the overall engineering quality of university students during their formal campus schooling.The engineering training center should actively commits itself to PETOE implementation.While at the same time, it should also stand at the height of cultivating engi-neering talents with adaptability and leadership, to explore paths towards promoting PETOE engineering training education in this new situation.Measures include“restructuring the curriculum system of engineering training”,“adopting comprehensive and ex-ploratory teaching methodology”,“strengthening staff construction for engineering training”,“improving the management system of engineering training quality”, and “strengthening the development and integration of teaching resources”.All of these are meant to expand training coverage of student population, and enhance our contribution to China’ s engineering talent cultivation.
