建筑工程对我国经济的发展具有重大影响作用，但对其有效的管理是一项难度很大的工作。在建设大型建筑工程的过程中，如何运用科学的管理使工程建设发展的更好，成为了目前建设市场中各大建筑工程企业亟待解决的问题。通过对大型建筑工程的管理模型进行分析研究，本文提出了相应的解决方案对现有PDCA管理模型进行改进，进而对建筑工程企业的发展有一定的实际应用价值。

Construction engineering has important influence on the development of our economy, but the effective manage?ment for it is a very difficult task. In the process of a large construction project's construction, how to apply scientific man?agement to make the development of engineering construction better has become the major problem urgently to be solved for construction engineering enterprises in construction market currently. Through analysis of the management model of large construction projects, the article puts forward the corresponding solution for the improvement of PDCA management model, thus having certain practical application value for the development of construction enterprises.
