淮南盐区作为康乾时期重要的产盐区，自明清小冰期以来，因其特殊的地理环境，水患频仍，盐民生产生活饱受其害，水患的治理刻不容缓。康乾时期，在朝廷的督导下，人们通过采取导淮治黄、修堤建闸、挑河疏港、围圩筑港等一系列治水措施，有效地缓解了淮南盐区的水患。
淮南鹽區作為康乾時期重要的產鹽區，自明清小冰期以來，因其特殊的地理環境，水患頻仍，鹽民生產生活飽受其害，水患的治理刻不容緩。康乾時期，在朝廷的督導下，人們通過採取導淮治黃、脩隄建閘、挑河疏港、圍圩築港等一繫列治水措施，有效地緩解瞭淮南鹽區的水患。
회남염구작위강건시기중요적산염구，자명청소빙기이래，인기특수적지리배경，수환빈잉，염민생산생활포수기해，수환적치리각불용완。강건시기，재조정적독도하，인문통과채취도회치황、수제건갑、도하소항、위우축항등일계렬치수조시，유효지완해료회남염구적수환。
As an important salt producing area of the Kang-Qian period,Huainan region since the little ice age in the Ming and Qing dynasties,because of its special geography,suffers from so many floods that salt people were under the harm.The management of flooding is urgently needed.People in the Kang-Qian period who were under the supervision of the court,effectively alleviated the floods in huainan salt district by making,repairing the dam sluice construction,river dredging port,and taking the pier construction such as water control measures.
