通过研究石粉在混凝土中以不同掺量代砂和替代水泥对其工作性以及抗压强度的影响,确定了石粉的掺入方式和最佳掺量,并进行机理分析。结果表明,在混凝土中,石粉代砂掺用且当掺量为20%时,混凝土黏聚性和保水性较好,同时早期强度和后期强度提高程度最大;石粉等量取代水泥时,混凝土的和易性和强度都急剧下降,混凝土的强度无法保证。
通過研究石粉在混凝土中以不同摻量代砂和替代水泥對其工作性以及抗壓彊度的影響,確定瞭石粉的摻入方式和最佳摻量,併進行機理分析。結果錶明,在混凝土中,石粉代砂摻用且噹摻量為20%時,混凝土黏聚性和保水性較好,同時早期彊度和後期彊度提高程度最大;石粉等量取代水泥時,混凝土的和易性和彊度都急劇下降,混凝土的彊度無法保證。
통과연구석분재혼응토중이불동참량대사화체대수니대기공작성이급항압강도적영향,학정료석분적참입방식화최가참량,병진행궤리분석。결과표명,재혼응토중,석분대사참용차당참량위20%시,혼응토점취성화보수성교호,동시조기강도화후기강도제고정도최대;석분등량취대수니시,혼응토적화역성화강도도급극하강,혼응토적강도무법보증。
By studying the influence of different dosages of stone powder as replacements of sand and cement on concrete workability and compressive strength,the way of stone powder incorpo-rated and the optimal dosage of stone powder are determined.In addition,its mechanism is ana-lyzed.The results show that when stone powder incorporated concrete is used as a replacement of sand,and when its dosage is 20%,concrete cohesiveness and water retention are well,and the im-provement degree of early and late strength is the biggest.When stone powder incorporated con-crete is used as a replacement of cement,the concrete workability and strength sharply decline, and this way can't ensure concrete strength.
