我国经济发展整体来看，国内经济结构体制不合理，重工业及高耗能行业比重偏高，重工业中高耗能特种设备作为我国能耗大户，对其进行节能监管具有积极的意义。本文在研究高耗能特种设备标准体系现状的基础上，分析高耗能特种设备标准体系的不完善情况，本着促进高耗能特种设备节能减排工作的原则，为高耗能特种设备的标准修订和体系完善提出相应的对策，这为高耗能特种设备的节能监管工作的促进具有积极的意义。
我國經濟髮展整體來看，國內經濟結構體製不閤理，重工業及高耗能行業比重偏高，重工業中高耗能特種設備作為我國能耗大戶，對其進行節能鑑管具有積極的意義。本文在研究高耗能特種設備標準體繫現狀的基礎上，分析高耗能特種設備標準體繫的不完善情況，本著促進高耗能特種設備節能減排工作的原則，為高耗能特種設備的標準脩訂和體繫完善提齣相應的對策，這為高耗能特種設備的節能鑑管工作的促進具有積極的意義。
아국경제발전정체래간，국내경제결구체제불합리，중공업급고모능행업비중편고，중공업중고모능특충설비작위아국능모대호，대기진행절능감관구유적겁적의의。본문재연구고모능특충설비표준체계현상적기출상，분석고모능특충설비표준체계적불완선정황，본착촉진고모능특충설비절능감배공작적원칙，위고모능특충설비적표준수정화체계완선제출상응적대책，저위고모능특충설비적절능감관공작적촉진구유적겁적의의。
From the overall perspective of economic development, domestic economic structure of China, which is caused by high proportion of heavy industry and high energy consuming industries, is unreasonable. As China's large energy consumption, supervising on the high energy consuming special equipment in heavy industry has positive signiifcance. In the principle of promoting energy saving and emission reduction of special equipment for high energy consumption, this paper analyzed the defect of high energy consuming special equipment standard system and put forward the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of studying the current situation of the system. It is positive signiifcance for revising and improving the supervision on energy saving and emission reduction high energy consuming special equipment.
