对尾气静电传感器空间灵敏度的分布图进行拟合获得静电传感器空间灵敏度分布函数;然后使用求得的空间灵敏度分布函数对荷电颗粒的静电场进行加权平均,得出函数绘制出尾气静电传感器的空间频谱分布图。整理得出频率响应特性表达式,分析出探极频率响应特性影响因素,为研究尾气静电传感器的动态特性奠定了基础。
對尾氣靜電傳感器空間靈敏度的分佈圖進行擬閤穫得靜電傳感器空間靈敏度分佈函數;然後使用求得的空間靈敏度分佈函數對荷電顆粒的靜電場進行加權平均,得齣函數繪製齣尾氣靜電傳感器的空間頻譜分佈圖。整理得齣頻率響應特性錶達式,分析齣探極頻率響應特性影響因素,為研究尾氣靜電傳感器的動態特性奠定瞭基礎。

In this paper ,the spatial sensitivity distribution function of the electrostatic sensor was got by fitting the spatial distribu‐tion diagram of exhaust electrostatic sensor sensitivity .Then the distribution function of spatial sensitivity was applied to the weigh‐ted average of electrostatic field of the charged particles .This distribution function can be used to map the spatial spectrum of ex‐haust electrostatic sensor .This work can lay a foundation for the research of dynamic characteristic of the exhaust electrostatic sen‐sor through obtaining the frequency response characteristic expression by analyzing the influence factors of frequency response char‐acteristic of the probe .
