目的:探讨口服降糖药在门诊使用的规律性.方法:统计某院2013年门诊使用的口服降糖药品种、限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)等情况,并进行分析.结果:口服降糖药使用多数以联合用药为主,其中联合用药占比98.73%;用药量构成比随年龄增长而增加,60岁以上患者构成比最高;用药频度前三位分别为拜糖平、二甲双胍片、格列吡嗪片.结论:抗糖尿病药物临床使用人群相对固定,多数为联合用药,60岁以上人群用药构成比高,临床使用药物品种有一定的规律性.
목적:탐토구복강당약재문진사용적규률성.방법:통계모원2013년문진사용적구복강당약품충、한정일제량(DDD)、용약빈도(DDDs)등정황,병진행분석.결과:구복강당약사용다수이연합용약위주,기중연합용약점비98.73%;용약량구성비수년령증장이증가,60세이상환자구성비최고;용약빈도전삼위분별위배당평、이갑쌍고편、격렬필진편.결론:항당뇨병약물림상사용인군상대고정,다수위연합용약,60세이상인군용약구성비고,림상사용약물품충유일정적규률성.
Objective:To investigate the regularity of the oral hypoglycemic drugs are used in the clinic. Methods:Statistics use of oral hypoglycemic drugs variety, DDD, DDDs, etc. in 2013 in a hospital outpatient, and analyzed. Results:The majority use of oral hypoglycemic drugs with combination therapy, which accounted for 98.73%.The dosage composition ratio increases with age, patients over the age of 60 constitute ratio the highest;DDDs top three are acarbose flat, metformin and glipizide. Conclusion:The use of anti-diabetic drugs in clinical populations is rela-tively fixed, the majority use with combination therapy, the age over 60 constitute medication is high, the clinical use of drugs varieties have certain regularity.
