探讨广西来宾社区体育管理工作经验，为社区体育的改革与发展提供咨询。采用文献资料法分析2002年12月1日来宾建市以来的社区体育管理状况，问卷调查法；利用随机抽样法抽取了来宾市的河西社区，宾江园小区，凤凰镇，八一街道，武宣桐岭村、良塘乡等几个代表不同社区类型的社区。发放问卷进行调查（收回问卷200份，有效问卷195份）。在城市化向社区化发展的今天，社区体育的发展成为社会发展的必然，发展社区体育也是创建合谐社区，适应当今经济和社会协调发展的需要。主要结论；来宾市非常重视社区群众的体育健身活动，用于社区体育建设的资金投入较多，对乡村社区的体育基础设施投入也在不断增大。但各社区体育人口状况各不相同，对体育活动的参与程度及体育活动开展的满意度仍有不同。社区体育管理也还存在不足。建议；加强监管力度，管理层要多实地调查，对于不同类型社区存在的问题进行及时解决。加大经费投入，多方面筹措资金，为开展群众体育活动提供资金保障。开展特色项目，利用民族地区资源，渗透民族元素，塑造品牌打造来宾新形象。社区建设发展与现代职业教育相接合，从职业院校引入专业人才等。

The paper explores working experience in community sports management of Laibin of Guangxi to provide reference for the reform and development of community sports.With literature method,the paper analyzes management situation of community sports since December 1,2002 when the city was founded.Adopting random sampling method,the paper selects several communities representing different community styles,including Hexi community,Binjiangyuan neighborhood,Phoenix town,Bayi neighborhood,Tongling village of Wuxuan,and Liangtang town.The paper conducts investigations by collecting 200 questionnaires,among which 195 are valid. In today's development trend of urbanization moving to community,community sports development has become inevitable for social development.Developing community sports also meets the need of creating harmonious communities and adapting to the coordinated development of economy and society.The major conclusions are following:Laibin attaches great importance to physical fitness activities of the masses and invests much funding for constructing community sports and investment in rural community's sports infrastructure is increasing.But sports population of each community differs and their participation and satisfaction degree in sports activities also demonstrate differences. Community management also needs improving. The paper suggests strengthening supervision and managing departments should conduct more field surveys and timely solve existing problems in different communities;increasing fund investment by raising funds in various ways to provide financial support for the masses to participate in sports activities;developing characteristic projects and creating brands to build a new image for Laibin by taking advantage of resources in ethnic regions and bringing into ethnic elements;integrating community construction and development with modern vocational education;introducing professional talents from vocational colleges.
