目的:探讨紧张型头痛( TTH)对注意网络功能的影响。方法对40例TTH患者( TTH组)进行注意网络测试(ANT),并与40名相匹配的正常对照组进行比较。结果与正常对照组比较,TTH组匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分显著升高(P<0.05),而MMSE、数字广度测试、汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。与正常对照组比较,TTH组警觉网络效率显著缩短,执行控制网络效率明显延长(均P<0.05),定向网络效率、平均反应时间及平均正确率差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。 Pearson相关性分析显示,警觉网络效率与PSQI呈负相关(r=-0.38,P<0.05),执行控制网络效率与PSQI呈正相关( r=0.41,P<0.05)。结论 TTH患者注意网络功能受损,以警觉网络和执行控制网络为主,定向网络相对保留;注意网络异常与睡眠障碍相关。

목적:탐토긴장형두통( TTH)대주의망락공능적영향。방법대40례TTH환자( TTH조)진행주의망락측시(ANT),병여40명상필배적정상대조조진행비교。결과여정상대조조비교,TTH조필자보수면질량지수량표(PSQI)평분현저승고(P<0.05),이MMSE、수자엄도측시、한밀돈억욱량표、한밀돈초필량표평분차이무통계학의의(균P>0.05)。여정상대조조비교,TTH조경각망락효솔현저축단,집행공제망락효솔명현연장(균P<0.05),정향망락효솔、평균반응시간급평균정학솔차이무통계학의의(균P>0.05)。 Pearson상관성분석현시,경각망락효솔여PSQI정부상관(r=-0.38,P<0.05),집행공제망락효솔여PSQI정정상관( r=0.41,P<0.05)。결론 TTH환자주의망락공능수손,이경각망락화집행공제망락위주,정향망락상대보류;주의망락이상여수면장애상관。
Objective To investigate the effect on attention networks in patients with tension-type headache ( TTH) .Methods Attention network test ( ANT) was tested in 40 patients with TTH ( TTH group) , and compared with 40 normal controls.Results Compared with normal control group, the score of pittsburgh sleep quality index ( PSQI) in TTH group was significantly increased ( P<0.05 ) .And the scores of MMSE, digit span, Hamilton depression scale, Hamilton anxiety scale had no statistical significance between the two groups ( all P>0.05 ) . Compared with normal control group, the alerting network effects in TTH group was significantly lower, and esecutive network effects in TTH group was significantly higher (all P<0.05).The orienting network effects, mean reaction time and average accuracy had no statistical significance between the two groups (all P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed alerting network was negatively correlated with PQSI (r=-0.38, P<0.05), and executive control network was positively correlated with PQSI (r=0.41, P<0.05).Conclusions The Attention network function is damage in patients with TTH, mostly in alerting networks and executive network, orienting network is relative retention.The dysfunction of the attention networks is associated with sleep disorders.
