采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、调查法等研究方法对高校课外体育活动实行导师制的可行性进行分析. 其结果是:目前高校课外体育活动开展导师制还存在师资短缺、配套资源不足、缺乏有效管理体系等问题. 这些问题可通过加强师资力量建设、整合社会资源、建设有效管理体制、运用现代化教学设施等方法解决. 因此,高校课外体育活动实行导师制具有可行性,可为高校体育课的深化改革提供参考.

This paper makes an analysis on the feasibility of guiding extracurricular sports activities in colleges by tutorial system with the methods of literatures, logic analysis and survey research.The results show that there are problems in the implement of tutorial sys-tem such as the shortage of teachers, insufficiency of resources and lack of effective management system.These problems can be solved through strengthening the construction of faculty, integrating social resources, building effective management system and using modern teaching facilities, etc.Therefore, the implement of tutorial system in extracurricular sports activities in colleges is feasible, which can provide references for the reform of college physical education.
