近年来,走向临床实习的护理本科生都是90后学生.如何有效做好他们临床实习培养工作是一项值得探讨的课题.该文提出:从价值观、思维特征、知识结构、心理素质和协作能力等角度,对90后临床实习护理本科生总体认识基础上,通过组织制度建设、提升师资水平、明确带教职责和加强全程监管等途径,尝试提升90后护理本科生临床实习成效.

In recent years,the nursing undergraduates of clinical practice are the post-90s students. how to ef-fectively improve their clinical internship training work is a subject worth exploring. The post-90s nursing undergraduates of clinical practice can be recognized from the values, thinking characteristics, knowledge structure, psychological quality and ability of cooperation etc. From the organization system construction, improve the quality of teachers, clear teaching responsibilities and strengthen the whole process supervision, we can try to explore how to improve the effect of the post-90s undergraduates of nursing clinical practice.
