目的：评价联合应用丝裂霉素 C 和可调整缝线的小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼的效果。方法首次接受小梁切除的病例52例(52眼),术中丝裂霉素C的浓度为0．2~0．4mg/mL,时间为2~4min,巩膜瓣两侧做2条可调整缝线。临床观察指标包括术后眼压、滤过泡、前房及并发症。结果所有病例平均随访(8．94±1．21)月,术后各时期的眼压与术前眼压比较均明显下降；无低压性黄斑病等严重并发症出现。结论青光眼小梁切除术中应用丝裂霉素C联合可调整缝线可以有效地降低患者的眼内压,稳定前房,减少术后并发症。

Objective To evaluate the effectes of mitomycin C and releasable sutures on outcomes of primary trabeculec-tomy with shallow anterior chamber in glaucoma patients. Methods An analysis of 52 patients (52 eyes)who underwent trabecu-lectomy with mitomycin C(0. 2~0. 4mg/mL)for 2~4 minutes. For closing the scleral flap,releasable sutures were used. Clinical outcome factors including postoperative intraocular pressure( IOP) ,filtering bleb, anterior chamber and incidence of complications were determined. Results The mean followup periods were(8. 94 ± 1. 21) months. The postoperative reduction in IOP were sig-nificant(P<0. 001)at all time intervals. No serious complication such as hypotonous maculopathy was observed. Conclusion Trabeculectomy with mitomycin C and releasable sutures eyes with glaucoma showed effective IOP pressure reduction and less sur-gical complications.
