针对某轮式车辆传动系统试验台的10 M Pa移动液压油源供油系统,为使其拥有更好的性能和人性化的操作界面,构建了基于PLC、工业触摸屏、远程PC的电气控制系统。应用结果表明,该系统既可以实现自动化运行,又满足了手动控制的操作要求,提高了工作效率。
針對某輪式車輛傳動繫統試驗檯的10 M Pa移動液壓油源供油繫統,為使其擁有更好的性能和人性化的操作界麵,構建瞭基于PLC、工業觸摸屏、遠程PC的電氣控製繫統。應用結果錶明,該繫統既可以實現自動化運行,又滿足瞭手動控製的操作要求,提高瞭工作效率。

The 10 MPa mobile hydraulic oil source system is used for supplying oil for the wheeled vehicle driveline test platform .To achieve better performance and user‐friendly operation interface ,an electrical control system based on PLC ,industrial touch screen and remote PC online monitoring technology is constructed in this paper .Application results show that the system can not only real‐ize automation operation but also meet the requirement of manual control ,meanwhile it improves the working efficiency .
