目的：评价自拟宣肺止咳汤治疗气道高反应性（ BHR）咳嗽的临床疗效及对嗜酸粒细胞趋化因子（ Eotaxin）的影响。方法气道高反应性咳嗽患者60例随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组，每组各30例。中药治疗组给予宣肺止咳汤，西药对照组给予多索茶碱及孟鲁司特，疗程均为2周。分别在治疗前后观察两组的临床疗效及血清Eotaxin变化。结果治疗2周后中药治疗组总有效率（96．7％）明显优于对照组（80．0％），两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。治疗后两组血清Eotaxin较治疗前均有明显下降（P＜0．05）。治疗组血清Eotaxin下降水平明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论宣肺止咳汤治疗气道高反应性咳嗽，可明显缓解患者临床症状，可能与其降低Eotaxin水平有关。
목적：평개자의선폐지해탕치료기도고반응성（ BHR）해수적림상료효급대기산립세포추화인자（ Eotaxin）적영향。방법기도고반응성해수환자60례수궤분위중약치료조화서약대조조，매조각30례。중약치료조급여선폐지해탕，서약대조조급여다색다감급맹로사특，료정균위2주。분별재치료전후관찰량조적림상료효급혈청Eotaxin변화。결과치료2주후중약치료조총유효솔（96．7％）명현우우대조조（80．0％），량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。치료후량조혈청Eotaxin교치료전균유명현하강（P＜0．05）。치료조혈청Eotaxin하강수평명현우우대조조（P＜0．01）。결론선폐지해탕치료기도고반응성해수，가명현완해환자림상증상，가능여기강저Eotaxin수평유관。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xuanfei Zhike decoction in the treatment of bronchial hyperresponsiveness ( BHR) cough and its influence on serum Eotaxin.Method 60 cases with BHR cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 30 cases.The treatment group was given Xuanfei Zhike decoction.The control group was given doxofylline and montelukast.After 2 weeks’ treatment, the improvement of clinical therapeutic effect and variation of serum Eotaxin of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective ratio of the treatment group was 96.7%, which was higher than 80.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of serum Eotaxin of the treatment group descended obviously compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei Zhike decoction could alleviate the clinical symptoms of BHR obviously, and it may be related with decreasing level of Eotaxin.
