随着单板滑雪项目的日益发展,该项目的受关注程度越来越高,参与的人数不断增多,运动员的竞技水平不断提升,竞技成绩越来越好.在申办2022冬奥会和实现"3亿人上冰雪"的征程中,单板滑雪将凭借其独特的魅力,发挥着重要的作用.然而,在目前的"大信息"和"大数据"时代,单板滑雪的信息化管理水平明显不足,与进一步推动项目发展的需求形成了矛盾,在服务竞赛、教学、训练、科研、大众等方面存在若干空白.基于这种现状,提出建立中国首个"竞、教、训、研、众"一体化管理系统的构想.采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析和对比研究等科研方法,对当前单板滑雪信息管理系统使用现状、国外有关信息管理系统的分析,结合各层面在竞赛、教学、训练、科研等方面的不同需求,采用B/S结构设计,利用WebPart+Silverlight进行界面处理与展示,采用 SQL Server作为本系统数据库服务器,采用 C#作为开发语言,设计研发了由"竞赛管理"、"教学与训练"、"科研信息"、"业务培训"、"单板滑雪推广发展与商业运营"、"新闻"、"运动员"、"裁判员"、"教练员"、"注册登陆"等10大模块构成的单板滑雪"竞、教、训、研、众"一体化管理系统,为单板滑雪项目发展提供理论参考.

With the development of snowboarding, a higher degree of concern, a growth in participants, competitive level of athlets has continued to rise, performance is getting better. In the process of bidding for 2022 Olympic Winter Games and to achieve "300 million people involved in winter sports", snowboarding will play an important role with its unique charm. However, in the current time of "large information" and "large data", informationization management level of snowboarding is in short, to form a contradiction with the needs to further promote the development of the project, in competition of services, education, traning, research, mass and other aspects, some gaps have existed. Based on this present situation, put forward to build the first integrated management system concept of"conmpetition, teaching, training, study and mass". With the methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires, logical analysis, comparative study and others, analyze the current using situation of snowboarding information management system and international related information management system, combined with different needs of comptitions, education, training, research and other aspects, with thestructure design of B/S, using WebPart+Silverlight for interface processing and display, with SQL Server as the system database server, using C # (WinForm applications) as the developing language, designed and developed the integrated management system of"conmpetition, teaching, training, study and mass" for snowboarding which includes"competitive management","education and training","research information","commercial traning","promoting development and business operation of snowboarding", to provide a theorical reference for the development of snowboarding.
