目的:观察疮灵液原装玻璃瓶开启后,在不同使用温度(常温与低温)及不同打开频次(每天打开1次或3次)下的细菌培养结果,探讨疮灵液开启后安全使用时间。方法前期采用随机抽样方法抽取尚未开启的疮灵液40瓶,平均分为4组,常温组(15~25℃)模拟临床使用,每天打开1次、3次,低温组(2~8℃),模拟临床使用,每天打开1次、3次,连续15 d进行细菌培养,记录细菌培养结果。结果常温下,每天开启1次与3次比较,第1~12天细菌培养结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),第13~15天细菌培养结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低温下,每天开启1次与3次比较,第1~11天细菌培养结果均为阴性,第12天细菌培养结果比较差异无统计学意义,第13~15天差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常温与低温下比较:每天开启1次和3次,细菌培养结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),且10 d内均无细菌生长。结论疮灵液原装玻璃瓶开启后10 d内无细菌生长,疮灵液的细菌培养阳性结果与存放温度无关,与开启次数有关。

목적:관찰창령액원장파리병개계후,재불동사용온도(상온여저온)급불동타개빈차(매천타개1차혹3차)하적세균배양결과,탐토창령액개계후안전사용시간。방법전기채용수궤추양방법추취상미개계적창령액40병,평균분위4조,상온조(15~25℃)모의림상사용,매천타개1차、3차,저온조(2~8℃),모의림상사용,매천타개1차、3차,련속15 d진행세균배양,기록세균배양결과。결과상온하,매천개계1차여3차비교,제1~12천세균배양결과차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05),제13~15천세균배양결과차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);저온하,매천개계1차여3차비교,제1~11천세균배양결과균위음성,제12천세균배양결과비교차이무통계학의의,제13~15천차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。상온여저온하비교:매천개계1차화3차,세균배양결과차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05),차10 d내균무세균생장。결론창령액원장파리병개계후10 d내무세균생장,창령액적세균배양양성결과여존방온도무관,여개계차수유관。
Objective To observe bacterial culture result at utilizing different temperature ( ordinary temperature and low temperature) and infrequence after the original glasses of Sore Ichor opening. Methods At early stage, the random method was used to selected 40 original glasses of Sore Ichor, which were not opened and divided into 4 groups on average, in which the Sore Ichor of ordinary temperature group ( 15 ~25 ℃) simulated as clinical use-opened 1 and 3 times everyday, the Sore Ichor of low temperature group ( 2-8 ℃) simulated as clinical use-open 1 and 3 times. All Score Ichor were cultured bacteria 15 days consecutive and recorded the results. Results Under ordinary temperature, there were no statistical significance at 1 or 3 times opening glasses per day during 1st-12th days of bacteria cultured results (P >0. 05), but the results had statistical significance during the days of 13rd to 15th(P<0. 05). Under low temperature, compared 1st and 3rd times per day, the results of bacteria culture were negative during 1st-11th days, an the result of 12th day had no statistical significance between two groups, but had statistical significance from 13rd day to 15th day (P<0. 05). Compared with the ordinary and low temperature groups, there were no statistical significance for bacteria culture at 1 and 3 times opening glasses per day (P>0. 05), and no bacteria grew up in 10 days. Conclusions The original glasses of Score Ichor has no bacteria growing in 10 days opening, and the positive result of bacteria has no correlation with temperature, but has correlation with opening times.
