三二分段专升本应用型人才协同培养是广东省深化教育体制改革，提升人才培养质量的重要举措。广东女子职业技术学院和肇庆学院以动漫设计与制作专业为试点，协同构建三二分段专升本应用型人才的培养方案，从人才培养目标、人才培养模式、专本一体化的课程体系构建、实训基地建设以及师资队伍培养等方面进行了有益的探索。
三二分段專升本應用型人纔協同培養是廣東省深化教育體製改革，提升人纔培養質量的重要舉措。廣東女子職業技術學院和肇慶學院以動漫設計與製作專業為試點，協同構建三二分段專升本應用型人纔的培養方案，從人纔培養目標、人纔培養模式、專本一體化的課程體繫構建、實訓基地建設以及師資隊伍培養等方麵進行瞭有益的探索。
삼이분단전승본응용형인재협동배양시광동성심화교육체제개혁，제승인재배양질량적중요거조。엄동녀자직업기술학원화조경학원이동만설계여제작전업위시점，협동구건삼이분단전승본응용형인재적배양방안，종인재배양목표、인재배양모식、전본일체화적과정체계구건、실훈기지건설이급사자대오배양등방면진행료유익적탐색。
The“Three Years Vocational Education plus Two Years Academic Education”program is an important measure to deepen the reform of the educational system and improve the quality of talent training in Guangdong province. Guangdong Women Polytechnic and Zhaoqing University have worked out a training plan for “three Years Vocational Education plus Two Years Academic Education”program for animation majors with collaborative efforts. In this paper, their exploration on the set-up of training goal, training pattern, five years courses continuum, the construc-tion of training bases and the teaching staff training are introduced. And some useful suggestions are put forward.
