Through analyzing the hydrogeological conditions of the dafang a coal mine in Guizhou,identified the mine flood type and de-gree of threat, proposed the roof and floor fissure water and the old goaf water inrush kiln as the main countermeasures for flood preven-tion and control of coal mine water,provide reference for other similar mine inundation.
