民办院校开设的软件工程专业实践教学存在诸多问题，提升实践教学水平与不断加强对大学生创新实践能力的培养是提高软件工程专业人才培养质量的重要途径。教学中应采取对民办院校实验设备进行购买与升级、加强实践教师队伍建设、对学生分层次进行教学、改革实践教学内容等措施。

Several problems exist in the practice teaching of engineering software major in private colleges,so the impor-tant way to enhance the engineering software majorsˊ quality is to enhance teaching quality and strengthening the innovation ability of college students.The paper suggests it should buy and upgrade test equipment for private colleges,strengthen the building of teachers in charge of practice,teach students according to different levels,reform practice teaching and so on.
