在当前农机化发展环境逐步优化、农机新型经营组织不断壮大、农机科技创新及更新速度加快等新常态下，从加强对农机培训重要性认识、目前存在的问题、提升老师自身素质、拓宽培训渠道、加强对农民的培训等角度，提出农机化教育培训的建议，为农机化教育培训走出困境和找到出路提供路径选择。
在噹前農機化髮展環境逐步優化、農機新型經營組織不斷壯大、農機科技創新及更新速度加快等新常態下，從加彊對農機培訓重要性認識、目前存在的問題、提升老師自身素質、拓寬培訓渠道、加彊對農民的培訓等角度，提齣農機化教育培訓的建議，為農機化教育培訓走齣睏境和找到齣路提供路徑選擇。
재당전농궤화발전배경축보우화、농궤신형경영조직불단장대、농궤과기창신급경신속도가쾌등신상태하，종가강대농궤배훈중요성인식、목전존재적문제、제승로사자신소질、탁관배훈거도、가강대농민적배훈등각도，제출농궤화교육배훈적건의，위농궤화교육배훈주출곤경화조도출로제공로경선택。
This paper puts forward suggestions for the farm machinery education training from the situation of optimization of the mechanization,growth of agricultural machinery operation organizations,agricultural machinery science and technology innovation and high update speed,from the perspective of strengthening the understanding of agricultural machinery training importance,the existing problems and improving teachers own quality,widening the channel of the training,strengthening the training of farmer,which provides way out of farm machinery education training and a way to choose.
