作为环境致癌物的代表,苯并芘是主要的环境污染物监测对象。目前,监测大气、土壤和水质中苯并芘的主要方法包括液相色谱-荧光检测法和气相色谱-质谱法。液相色谱-荧光检测法灵敏度高,但样品处理过程繁琐,分析时间长,效率低。近年来,随着质谱技术的发展,特别是液相色谱或气相色谱串联质谱仪在环境监测领域的普及,极大地提高了环境监测的效率,色谱串联质谱技术必将成为未来环境中苯并芘监测的主要手段。
作為環境緻癌物的代錶,苯併芘是主要的環境汙染物鑑測對象。目前,鑑測大氣、土壤和水質中苯併芘的主要方法包括液相色譜-熒光檢測法和氣相色譜-質譜法。液相色譜-熒光檢測法靈敏度高,但樣品處理過程繁瑣,分析時間長,效率低。近年來,隨著質譜技術的髮展,特彆是液相色譜或氣相色譜串聯質譜儀在環境鑑測領域的普及,極大地提高瞭環境鑑測的效率,色譜串聯質譜技術必將成為未來環境中苯併芘鑑測的主要手段。

As the representative of environmental carcinogen, benzo(a)pyrene is the main monitoring object of environmental con?taminants. So far, liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection and gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry have been used for the monitoring of benzo(a)pyrene in the field of atmosphere, soil and water. Liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection provides higher sensitivity but with more complicated sample handling process, longer analysis time and lower efficiency. In recent years, with the development of mass spectrometry, especially the popularity of liquid or gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometers in the realm of environmental monitoring, the monitoring efficiency has been greatly improved. Chromatography tandem mass spectrom?etry will certainly turn into the dominating way in the monitoring of ambient benzo(a)pyrene in the near future.
