目的：探讨治疗伴有躯体疼痛抑郁发作的中西医结合治疗方法。方法：选取2013年10月～2014年10月天津市安定医院中西医结合科住院患者中符合抑郁发作诊断标准的63例，随机分为研究组31例，对照组32例。对照组以度洛西汀肠溶胶囊系统治疗，研究组在服用度洛西汀基础上加用血府逐瘀汤。两组均连续治疗8周，在入组时及治疗后2、4、8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表24项版本（HAMD‐24）及视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评定疼痛症状。结果：治疗8周后，两组HAMD评分及VAS评分均有统计学差异。结论：度洛西汀联合血府逐瘀汤能有效改善抑郁症的疼痛症状和抑郁情绪。
목적：탐토치료반유구체동통억욱발작적중서의결합치료방법。방법：선취2013년10월～2014년10월천진시안정의원중서의결합과주원환자중부합억욱발작진단표준적63례，수궤분위연구조31례，대조조32례。대조조이도락서정장용효낭계통치료，연구조재복용도락서정기출상가용혈부축어탕。량조균련속치료8주，재입조시급치료후2、4、8주말채용한밀돈억욱량표24항판본（HAMD‐24）급시각모의평분법（VAS）평정동통증상。결과：치료8주후，량조HAMD평분급VAS평분균유통계학차이。결론：도락서정연합혈부축어탕능유효개선억욱증적동통증상화억욱정서。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Xufu Zhuyu decoction synergizing with duloxetine in alleviating the pain symptom and improving mood in patients with depressive disorder .Methods :63 subjects were enrolled in this study from the wards of Dept .Integrative medicine in Anding hospital ,from October 2013 to October 2014 ,who were randomLy divided into 2 groups ,namely the study group and the controlled group ( 31 for study group and 32 for con‐trolled group);duloxetine alone was applied for patients in controlled group ,while Xufuzhuyu decoction ,along with du‐loxetine ,was for those in the study group;both groups were assessed with HAMD and VAS at start point ,the end of 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment ,as well as the endpoint (8 weeks) .Results:Patients from both groups were much better after 8 weeks of treatment ;subjects in the study group were with lower HAMD and VAS score than those in the con‐trolled group .Conclusion:Xufu Zhuyu decoction synergizing with duloxetine can improve the mood and alleviate pain in patients with depressive disorder .
