针对贵州某卡林型金矿,采用氧化焙烧预处理矿物、碱性环境下氰化浸出工艺提金。所得最佳焙烧条件为:焙烧温度750℃、焙烧时间2 h,此时硫、碳、砷的脱除率分别为99.95%,95.83%和99.91%;焙烧后矿物在氰化物浓度3 g/L条件下浸出24 h,金浸出率为93.81%。

After a pre?treatment of oxidizing roasting, the gold ore from a Carlin?type deposit of Guizhou Province was leached to recover gold by sodium cyanide in an alkaline solution. The results show that, with optimum roasting temperature of 750 ℃ and roasting duration of 2 h, the removal rates of sulfide, carbide and arsenide attained 99.95%, 95.83% and 99.91%, respectively. With the cyanide concentration of 3 g/L, the gold leaching rate of the roasted ore, after 24 h?leaching, reached 93.81%.
