研究了不同矿石粒度和矿浆浓度下,来源于根际土壤的混合菌对两种低品位磷矿粉的溶解作用。结果表明,该混合菌能有效溶解低品位磷矿粉,并释放出其中的可溶性磷。当矿石粒度和矿浆浓度分别为150μm和1%时,混合菌对两种低品位磷矿粉的溶解效果最好。相同反应条件下,矿物组分不同,混合菌对磷矿粉的溶解效果不一样。相关性分析结果表明,培养液中混合菌的生物量与溶磷量之间呈较强正相关,而pH值和溶磷量之间呈一般负相关。

The effects of particle size and pulp density on the biosolubilization of two different low?grade rock phosphates by mixed bacteria were investigated. The results show that mixed bacteria from plant rhizospheric soils could efficiently solubilize the low?grade rock phosphate and release the soluble phosphate. The optimal particle size and pulp density were 150 μm and 1%, respectively. However, phosphate?solubilizing capacity of the mixed bacteria varied with the two different mineral compositions under the same condition. The correlation analyses show a significant positive correlation between biomass and phosphate content, while a negative correlation between pH and phosphate content.
