目的：探讨 Klotho 基因多态性在海南黎、汉族冠心病人群中的表达特征。方法选取2013年1月—2014年12月在海口市人民医院心内科住院的黎族冠心病患者48例和汉族冠心病患者52例为冠心病组，及同期在该院体检中心进行体检的黎族健康人群50例和汉族健康人群50例为对照组，记录各组性别、年龄、体质指数（BMI）及血压、血脂、血糖水平，检测 Klotho 基因 G395A 位点多态性和 Klotho 蛋白水平。结果黎族、汉族冠心病组 BMI、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL - C）与各自对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。黎族冠心病组与对照组 GG、GA、AA 基因型和 G、A 等位基因分布间差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；汉族冠心病组与对照组 GG、GA、AA 基因型和 G、A 等位基因分布间差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。黎族冠心病组与对照组 GG、GA、AA 蛋白表达水平间差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；汉族冠心病组与对照组 GG、GA、AA 蛋白表达水平间差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论在汉族冠心病人群中，Klotho 基因多态性和蛋白表达水平与冠心病有关，G395A 位点 AA 基因型易患冠心病，GG 基因型可能对冠心病有保护作用。在黎族冠心病人群中， Klotho 基因多态性和蛋白表达水平与冠心病无明显关系。

목적：탐토 Klotho 기인다태성재해남려、한족관심병인군중적표체특정。방법선취2013년1월—2014년12월재해구시인민의원심내과주원적려족관심병환자48례화한족관심병환자52례위관심병조，급동기재해원체검중심진행체검적려족건강인군50례화한족건강인군50례위대조조，기록각조성별、년령、체질지수（BMI）급혈압、혈지、혈당수평，검측 Klotho 기인 G395A 위점다태성화 Klotho 단백수평。결과려족、한족관심병조 BMI、수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）、총담고순（TC）、저밀도지단백담고순（LDL - C）여각자대조조비교，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。려족관심병조여대조조 GG、GA、AA 기인형화 G、A 등위기인분포간차이균무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）；한족관심병조여대조조 GG、GA、AA 기인형화 G、A 등위기인분포간차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。려족관심병조여대조조 GG、GA、AA 단백표체수평간차이균무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）；한족관심병조여대조조 GG、GA、AA 단백표체수평간차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론재한족관심병인군중，Klotho 기인다태성화단백표체수평여관심병유관，G395A 위점 AA 기인형역환관심병，GG 기인형가능대관심병유보호작용。재려족관심병인군중， Klotho 기인다태성화단백표체수평여관심병무명현관계。
Objective To explore the expression features of Klotho gene polymorphism among Li and Han people with coronary heart diseases( CHD). Methods We enrolled 48 Li people with CHD and 52 Han people with CHD who were admitted into the Department of Cardiology of Haikou Municipal People's Hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 as CHD group. We also enrolled 50 healthy Li people and 50 healthy Han people who received physical examination in the hospital in the same period as control group. Gender,age,body mass index( BMI)and blood pressure,blood lipid and blood glucose level were recorded,and Klotho gene polymorphism of G395A and Klotho protein level were examined. Results There were significant differences between CHD group and control group in Li people and Han people in BMI,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol(TC),low - density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL - C). There were no significant differences in the distribution of GG,GA,AA genotypes and G,A alleles between CHD group and control group in Li people (P > 0. 05);there were significant differences in the distribution of GG,GA,AA genotypes and G,A alleles between CHD group and control group in Han people(P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences in the protein expression level of GG, GA,AA between CHD group and control group in Li people( P > 0. 05);there were significant differences in the protein expression level of GG,GA,AA between CHD group and control group in Han people(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Among Han people with CHD,the polymorphism and protein expression level of Klotho gene are correlated with coronary diseases,AA of G395A is liable to CHD,and GG may have a protective effect from CHD. Among Li people with CHD,there is no remarkable correlation between the polymorphism and protein expression level of Klotho gene and CHD.
