为了实现污水“零排放”,以水循环使用为核心思想对各用水单元进行技改,即:强化合成氨总排污水处理装置污水、污泥和油污的处理,保证出水合格;处理合格后的水回用于磷酸磨矿系统和合成氨系统;雨季实现雨、污分流,将部分复肥污水送至合成氨总排污水处理装置处理,缓解复肥污水处理装置的压力。技改后取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益,实现了污水“零排放”。
為瞭實現汙水“零排放”,以水循環使用為覈心思想對各用水單元進行技改,即:彊化閤成氨總排汙水處理裝置汙水、汙泥和油汙的處理,保證齣水閤格;處理閤格後的水迴用于燐痠磨礦繫統和閤成氨繫統;雨季實現雨、汙分流,將部分複肥汙水送至閤成氨總排汙水處理裝置處理,緩解複肥汙水處理裝置的壓力。技改後取得瞭較好的社會效益和經濟效益,實現瞭汙水“零排放”。
위료실현오수“령배방”,이수순배사용위핵심사상대각용수단원진행기개,즉:강화합성안총배오수처리장치오수、오니화유오적처리,보증출수합격;처리합격후적수회용우린산마광계통화합성안계통;우계실현우、오분류,장부분복비오수송지합성안총배오수처리장치처리,완해복비오수처리장치적압력。기개후취득료교호적사회효익화경제효익,실현료오수“령배방”。
In order to realize sewage “zero discharge”,with core idea that water is recycling used,a technical renovation is carried out for every water consumption unit,i.e.,strengthening processing sewage,sludge and greasy dirt from sewage treatment equipment of ammonia total drained water,ensuring discharge water meeting quality standards;the treated qualified water is returned to grinding system of phosphoric acid production unit and ammonia synthesis system for reuse;the separation of rainwater and sewage is achieved in rainy season,part of the compound fertilizer sewage is sent to ammonia total drained water treatment unit to process,reducing the load of compound fertilizer sewage treatment system.After the technological innovation,better social and economic benefits are obtained,realizing sewage “zero discharge”.
