本试验旨在研究代乳粉对黔北麻羊断奶羔羊生长性能与血浆生化指标的影响. 采用单因子随机区组设计,选取体重相近、体况良好的黔北麻羊断奶羔羊40只,随机分成4组,每组10只羊. 对照组饲喂基础饲粮,1组、2组、3组分别在基础饲粮中添加2%、4%、6%的代乳粉.结果表明:1)补饲代乳粉可显著提高羔羊干物质采食量(补饲2%~6%)及饲粮干物质(补饲4%)、粗蛋白质(补饲4%)、中性洗涤纤维(补饲2%~6%)、酸性洗涤纤维(补饲2%~6%)、粗灰分表观消化率(补饲2%、4%)及吸收氮(补饲2%~6%)、沉积氮(补饲4%)、氮的消化率(补饲4%)、净蛋白质利用率(补饲4%)、氮的生物学价值(补饲4%)(P<0.05);2)饲粮中添加4%、6%的代乳粉能够显著提高羔羊平均日增重,降低料重比( P<0.05);3)全期来看,补饲4%代乳粉显著提高了羔羊血浆总抗氧化能力,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、溶菌酶活性(P<0.05),降低丙二醛、尿素氮含量( P<0.05) ,对葡萄糖含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、碱性磷酸酶活性未产生显著影响( P>0.05). 由此可见,饲粮补饲适宜水平代乳粉可提高黔北麻羊羔羊平均日增重、养分消化率,降低料重比;也可有效增强蛋白利用率、血浆抗氧化能力和免疫力. 综合来看,在本试验条件下,黔北麻羊羔羊代乳粉补饲水平以4%效果最佳.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of milk replacer on growth performance and plasma biochemical indices of Qianbeima lambs. Forty healthy lambs with similar body weight were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 10 lambs in each group. Lambs in control group and groups 1, 2 and 3 were 1 of 4 diets diffe-ring in milk replacer level at 0, 2%, 4% and 6%, respectively. The results showed as follows:1) the supple-mentation of milk replacer significantly increased dry matter intake ( supplemented at 2% to 6%) , and apparent digestibility of dry matter ( supplemented at 4%) , crude protein ( supplemented at 4%) , neutral detergent fiber ( supplemented at 2% to 6%) , acid detergent fiber ( supplemented at 2% to 6%) , ash ( supplemented at 2%and 4%) in diet, as well as absorbed nitrogen ( supplemented at 2% to 6%) , retained nitrogen ( supplemented at 4%) , digestibility of nitrogen( supplemented at 4%) , net protein utilization ( supplemented at 4%) and bio-logical value of nitrogen ( supplemented at 4%) ( P<0.05);2) The supplementation of 4% and 6% milk re-placer significantly increased average daily gain ( P<0.05) , and reduced feed to gain ratio ( P<0.05) . 3) The data of whole period showed that the supplementation of 4% milk replacer significantly increased total anti-oxi-dative capacity and the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and lysozyme ( P<0.05) , and decreased the contents of malondialdehyde and urinary nitrogen ( P<0.05) , but had no effects on glucose content and the ac-tivities of glutathion peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase in plasma ( P>0.05) . The results indicate that dietary supplementation of milk replacer can improve average daily gain, nutrient digestibility, reduce feed to gain rati-o, and was beneficial for protein efficiency, plasma anti-oxidative capacity and immunity improvements for Qianbeima lambs. Overall, it is suggested that the supplemental level of 4% shows the best performance under the conditions in the present study.
