目的:探讨采用“师徒制”的新型教学模式培养高职中医技能型人才的实践效果和研究体会。方法对2009级五年制中医专业高职班学生的最后一学年,采取“师徒制”的新型教学模式,观察其教学效果,分析总结教学体会。结果学生们的职业道德、职业能力、实践成绩、理论成绩、就业比例和用人单位满意度等方面,与前几届相比较,均有显著的提高。结论对中医专业高职班学生采用“师徒制”教学模式,能提高学生的职业道德和素养、专业理论和实践能力,增加了就业率;解决了传统教育模式的不足,加强了教师队伍的建设,诠释了现代职业教育改革和发展要求。

Objective To evaluate the practical result and research experience by the use of "apprenticeship", a new teaching model to educating the skilled talents in health vocational and technical. Methods In the last year of 2009 five-year professional and vocational students, taking "apprenticeship" a new teaching mode to them, observing the teaching re-sults, analyzing and summarizing the teaching experience. Results The professional ethics, professional ability, practical re-sults, the theoretical results, occupation rate and employment satisfaction, which are compared with the previous, has a sig-nificant increase. Conclusion Using "apprenticeship", a new teaching mode, to health vocational and technical students, can improve their professional ethics and quality, professional theory and practical ability, increase the employment rate, solve the shortcomings of traditional education model, strengthen the construction of teachers, interpret the modern voca-tional education reform and development requirements.
