本试验旨在研究吡咯喹啉醌二钠(PQQ·Na2)对饲喂氧化鸭油(ODO)肉仔鸡生长性能、血浆脂质代谢和抗氧化能力的影响. 选取270只健康、体重相近的1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡公雏,随机分成 3 个组,每个组 6 个重复,每个重复 15 只. 3 个组分别饲喂含有新鲜鸭油(FDO)、ODO和ODO+0.4 mg/kg PQQ·Na2(ODO+PQQ)的饲粮,油脂添加水平1~21 d 为3.0%,22~42 d为3.5%. 结果表明:1)与FDO组相比,ODO显著降低了肉仔鸡21 d的平均体重(P<0.05),ODO+PQQ组差异不显著(P>0.05). 与ODO组相比,ODO+PQQ组1~21 d和22~42 d 的平均日增重、42 d 平均体重具有增加的趋势( P<0. 10 ). 2 )与 FDO 组相比, PQQ·Na2显著提高了肉仔鸡42 d的全净膛率和21 d的胸肌率( P<0.05). 3)与FDO和ODO组相比,PQQ·Na2 显著降低了肉仔鸡42 d血浆总胆红素和21 d血浆葡萄糖含量( P<0.05).4) PQQ·Na2 显著抑制了ODO导致的21 d血浆总超氧化物歧化酶活性和21和42 d总抗氧化能力的降低( P<0.05) ,抑制ODO导致的21 d血浆丙二醛含量升高( P<0.05). 5) PQQ·Na2 显著抑制了ODO引起的21和42 d血浆甘油三酯含量的升高和21 d血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的降低( P<0.05). 可见,PQQ·Na2 可通过调节血浆脂质代谢和提高机体的抗氧化能力,缓解ODO对肉仔鸡的不利影响.

The current study was conducted to investigate the effects of pyrroloquinoline quinine disodium ( PQQ·Na2 ) on growth performance, plasma lipid metabolism and antioxidant ability in broilers fed oxidized duck oil. A total of 270 one-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly assigned to 3 groups ( with 6 repli-cates per group and 15 broilers per replicate) fed diets supplemented with fresh duck oil ( FDO group) , oxi-dized duck oil ( ODO group) and oxidized duck oil + 0.4 mg/kg PQQ·Na2( ODO+PQQ group) , respective-ly. The supplemental level of oil was 3.0% during 1 to 21 days and 3.5% during 22 to 42 days, respectively. The results showed as follows: 1) compared with FDO group, average body weight of 21 d of ODO group was significantly decreased ( P<0. 05 ) , but that of ODO+PQQ group was not significantly different ( P<0.05) . Compared with ODO group, average body weight of 42 d and average daily gain during 1 to 21 days and 22 to 42 days had increased trends (P<0.10). 2) Compared with FDO group, significant improvements were observed increasing the dressing percentage of 42 d and breast muscle yield of 21 d when PQQ·Na2 was added (P<0.05). 3) Compared with FDO and ODO groups, dietary PQQ·Na2 significantly decreased the contents of plasma total bilirubin of 42 d and glucose of 21 d (P<0.05). 4) Dietary PQQ·Na2 dramatically inhibited the reduction of plasma total superoxide dismutase ( T-SOD) activity of 21 d and total antioxidant ca-pacity (T-AOC) of 21 and 42 d caused by ODO (P<0.05), and the increase of plasma malondialdehyde ( MDA) content of 21 d caused by ODO ( P<0.05) . 5) Dietary PQQ·Na2 dramatically inhibited the increase of plasma triglycerol content of 21 and 42 d and decrease of high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) con-tent of 21 d caused by ODO (P<0.05). Therefore, PQQ·Na2 can decrease the adverse effects of oxidized duck oil probably through regulation of plasma lipid metabolism and improvement of antioxidant ability of broil-ers.
