目的:探讨异甘草酸镁联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸对化疗药物性肝损伤的临床疗效。方法:将160例化疗药物性肝损伤患者随机分为联合组80例(给予异甘草酸镁联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗)和对照组80例(仅给予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗);两组患者均治疗2周,观察患者血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和总胆红素(TBIL)等指标变化。结果:治疗2周结束时,对照组患者血 ALT 和 AST 低于治疗前(P ﹤0.05)。联合组 ALT 和 AST 分别为显著低于治疗前(P ﹤0.01)。治疗后联合组显著低于对照组(P ﹤0.05);联合组总有效率明显高于对照组(P ﹤0.01)。结论:异甘草酸镁联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸可明显降低化疗药物所致肝损害。
目的:探討異甘草痠鎂聯閤門鼕氨痠鳥氨痠對化療藥物性肝損傷的臨床療效。方法:將160例化療藥物性肝損傷患者隨機分為聯閤組80例(給予異甘草痠鎂聯閤門鼕氨痠鳥氨痠治療)和對照組80例(僅給予門鼕氨痠鳥氨痠治療);兩組患者均治療2週,觀察患者血清穀丙轉氨酶(ALT)、穀草轉氨酶(AST)和總膽紅素(TBIL)等指標變化。結果:治療2週結束時,對照組患者血 ALT 和 AST 低于治療前(P ﹤0.05)。聯閤組 ALT 和 AST 分彆為顯著低于治療前(P ﹤0.01)。治療後聯閤組顯著低于對照組(P ﹤0.05);聯閤組總有效率明顯高于對照組(P ﹤0.01)。結論:異甘草痠鎂聯閤門鼕氨痠鳥氨痠可明顯降低化療藥物所緻肝損害。
목적:탐토이감초산미연합문동안산조안산대화료약물성간손상적림상료효。방법:장160례화료약물성간손상환자수궤분위연합조80례(급여이감초산미연합문동안산조안산치료)화대조조80례(부급여문동안산조안산치료);량조환자균치료2주,관찰환자혈청곡병전안매(ALT)、곡초전안매(AST)화총담홍소(TBIL)등지표변화。결과:치료2주결속시,대조조환자혈 ALT 화 AST 저우치료전(P ﹤0.05)。연합조 ALT 화 AST 분별위현저저우치료전(P ﹤0.01)。치료후연합조현저저우대조조(P ﹤0.05);연합조총유효솔명현고우대조조(P ﹤0.01)。결론:이감초산미연합문동안산조안산가명현강저화료약물소치간손해。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with L - ornithine - L -aspartate in the treatment of patients with chemotherapeutics - induced liver injury. Methods:All 160 patients with chemothera-peutic drug - induced liver injury were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in combination group(n = 80)were treated intravenously with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with L - ornithine - L - aspartate for 2 weeks,and the patients in control group(n = 80)were treated with L - ornithine - L - aspartate alone. The serum levels of glutamic - pyruvic transaminase (ALT),glutamic - oxaloacetic transaminase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL)were observed. Results:At the end of 2 week treatment,the serum levels of ALT and AST in control group were significantly lower than pre - treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05);serum levels of ALT and AST in combination group were significantly lower than pre - treatment(P ﹤ 0. 01). The serum levels of ALT and AST in combination group were significantly lower than control group after threatment(P ﹤ 0. 05). The total effective rate in combination group were significantly higher than control group(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate com-bined with L - ornithine - L - aspartate is effective for chemotherapeutics - induced liver injury.
