目的：探讨AIH结合中药治疗逆行射精导致不育症的临床疗效。方法术前一个月开始服用中药生精嗣育I号；碱化尿液、收集精液和尿液的混合液加入15mlEagle’s液立即离心，重复洗涤培养行AIH。结果2例逆行射精导致的不育患者经5次AIH治疗后均怀孕。结论本方法实用性强，痛苦小，费用低廉，可周期操作。
목적：탐토AIH결합중약치료역행사정도치불육증적림상료효。방법술전일개월개시복용중약생정사육I호；감화뇨액、수집정액화뇨액적혼합액가입15mlEagle’s액립즉리심，중복세조배양행AIH。결과2례역행사정도치적불육환자경5차AIH치료후균부잉。결론본방법실용성강，통고소，비용저렴，가주기조작。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy in therapy of retrograde ejaculation caused infertility with AIH combine with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods Taking traditional Chinese medicine Shengjingsiyuyihao Preoperative a month;After the urine was alkalized,the semens and urine mixture were collected and added with 15 mL Eagle’s culture.Then they were washed repeatedly with centrifugation, and treated with AIH.Results Two patients with infertility caused by retrograde ejaculation were pregnant after AIH treatment for five times.Conclusion This therapy is of great applicability,less pain,low cost,and can be operated periodically.
