在简要介绍活性焦烟气治理技术和工艺流程的基础上,重点对脱硫塔和再生塔两个核心设备进行了研究。分别从国内外的应用业绩情况、应用实例、技术发展成熟性和经济性等方面对错流床脱硫塔和逆流床脱硫塔、间接换热再生塔和直接换热再生塔进行了对比。从对比结果来看,在核心设备的选择上,建议采用错流床脱硫塔和间接换热再生塔。

On the basis of introducing activated coke flue gas treatment technology and process flow, the paper mainly researches desulphurization tower and regeneration tower. The paper compares cross-flow bed desulphurization tower, counter-flow bed desulphurization tower, indirect heat exchange regeneration tower and direct heat exchange regeneration tower from the aspects of condition of application activities, application examples, maturity and economy of technical development. It can be seen from the comparison that cross-flow bed desulphurization tower and indirect heat exchange regeneration tower are suggested in selection of key equipments.
