“治未病”包含着未病先防、已病防变、病后防复3个主要方面，其科学内涵与当今医学界倡导推广的“三级预防”吻合，同时大力发展治未病也是21世纪中医药发展的战略之一。血脂异常的危险因素等级较高，是冠心病和缺血性脑卒中的主要致病因素。膏脂代谢失常，瘀积体内，化湿化浊，日久成瘀成毒，最终导致机体血脂异常。形成原因皆为湿、浊、瘀、毒互结，病理产物既可单一致病，又可协同作祟，病机为湿浊瘀毒内蕴，导致脏腑功能失司，运化功能失常。以此总结出中医治未病之“湿浊瘀毒”学说，可以提早干预血脂异常病前状态，预防血脂异常。

Cream lipid metabolism disorders ,deposition in the body ,wet ,muddy ,long time become stasis into poison ,eventually lead to dyslipidemia .Formation are alternating knot ,wet ,muddy ,blood stasis and toxin pathogenic products as well as a single dis-ease ,can work together again ,and pathogenesis of dampness and turbidity stasis toxin embodiment ,viscera function depart-ment ,transport and function disorder .Thus summed up the cure of the disease in the“wet and turbidity stasis poison”theo-ry ,can early take intervening measure before the disease condition ,prevention of dyslipidemia .
