目的:通过调查与分析组织因素在上海某三级医院品管圈推行过程中的影响,提出推进品管圈的建议。方法:采用问卷调查测量参与品管圈活动的成员对组织因素在品管圈推行过程中的重要性程度与实际绩效感知,并运用IPA理论进行分析。结果:受访者对“高阶主管给予财政预算”、“高阶主管奖赏实施成效”、“给予品管圈团队适当奖励”、“给予辅导员个人适当奖励”、“给予圈长个人适当奖励”最关注,但上述组织因素在IPA分析图的第III象限“低优先权发展区”。结论:要促进品管圈的发展,医院应加大对品管圈团队的奖励,建立多种激励措施。

목적:통과조사여분석조직인소재상해모삼급의원품관권추행과정중적영향,제출추진품관권적건의。방법:채용문권조사측량삼여품관권활동적성원대조직인소재품관권추행과정중적중요성정도여실제적효감지,병운용IPA이론진행분석。결과:수방자대“고계주관급여재정예산”、“고계주관장상실시성효”、“급여품관권단대괄당장려”、“급여보도원개인괄당장려”、“급여권장개인괄당장려”최관주,단상술조직인소재IPA분석도적제III상한“저우선권발전구”。결론:요촉진품관권적발전,의원응가대대품관권단대적장려,건립다충격려조시。
Objectives: To investigate and analyze the organizational factors influencing the implementation of Quality Control Circles in a tertiary hospital in shanghai and putting forward suggestions accordingly. Methods: Questionnaire survey was used to the participators in the activities of Quality Control Circles. Using the theory of IPA analyzes their perceptions of the importance degree and actual performance of the organizational factors in the process of implementing Quality Control Circles. Results: what the respondents concern most is the senior manager make financial budget for the activity, and give reward for the effective results, give quality control teams proper rewards, give counselors personal rewards and give the leads of Quality control circle group appropriate rewards. But the above factors are in the third quadrant which is the low priority development area in IPA analysis diagram. Conclusions: The hospital should strengthen the reward to the teams of Quality Control Circle and establish a variety of incentives to promote quality control circle development.
