目的:探讨P B L教学法联合微信平台在急诊科临床护理实习中的应用效果。方法:将69名实习护生分为实验组与对照两组,对照组使用传统的教学方法,实验组采用PBL结合微信平台教学法带教,实习结束后比较两组护生的成绩,并调查学生对PBL教学法联合微信平台的认可程度及满意度。结果:PBL联合微信平台教学法具有比传统教学法更好的教学效果。实验组通过PBL教学方法联合微信平台的应用,理论和实践技能成绩平均分数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时认可并乐于参与P B L联合微信平台教学。结论:P B L教学法联合微信运用于护理实践教学中,有利于提高护理教学质量,有利于培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学生自主学习能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of PBL teaching method combined with micro channel platform in clinical nursing practice in emergency department. Methods 69 nursing students were divided into experimental group and control group, Students in control group were adopted traditional teaching methods, the experimental group were adopted method of PBL combined with micro channel platform , scores were compared between the two groups of nursing students , the students were investigated for the degree of recognition and satisfaction of the PBL teaching method combined with the micro channel platform after the internship. Results The teaching method of PBL combined with micro channel platform had a better teaching effect than the traditional teaching method. In the experimental group, the average scores of both theoretical and practical skills were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). At the same time They have recognized the PBL joint micro channel platform for teaching, They have been willing to participate in the PBL joint micro channel platform for teaching. Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with micro channel was applied in nursing practice teaching, PBL teaching method combined with micro channel platform could improve the quality of nursing teaching,motivate their learning interest, and cultivate their autonomous learning ability.
