目的 观察背部腧穴拔罐治疗小儿咳嗽的临床效果. 方法 选取我院2013年11月—2015年1月证属风寒客表门诊患儿96例为研究对象,分为对照组和治疗组. 对照组:遵医嘱使用抗生素及对症治疗,同时加强常规健康教育;治疗组:取大椎、肺腧、脾腧、膈腧进行拔罐,留罐10 min~15 min,前3日每日1次,以后隔日1次,同时进行中医健康教育.比较2组患儿的治疗有效率和家长满意度.结果 拔罐治疗组患儿效果明显优于西药对照组,家长满意度高于对照组. 结论 背部腧穴拔罐治疗小儿咳嗽有明显效果,可明显提高治疗率及患儿家长满意度.

목적 관찰배부수혈발관치료소인해수적림상효과. 방법 선취아원2013년11월—2015년1월증속풍한객표문진환인96례위연구대상,분위대조조화치료조. 대조조:준의촉사용항생소급대증치료,동시가강상규건강교육;치료조:취대추、폐수、비수、격수진행발관,류관10 min~15 min,전3일매일1차,이후격일1차,동시진행중의건강교육.비교2조환인적치료유효솔화가장만의도.결과 발관치료조환인효과명현우우서약대조조,가장만의도고우대조조. 결론 배부수혈발관치료소인해수유명현효과,가명현제고치료솔급환인가장만의도.
Objective To observe the acupuncture points per cutem back for treatment of infantile cough and parents satisfaction.Methods Selected from November 2013 to January 2015 belongs to cold guest table outpatient children with 96 as the research object,is divided into control group and treatment group. Control group:prescribed antibiotics and symptomatic treatment at the same time strengthen routine health education;Treatment group:take the da-zhui,lungs,spleen Shu Shu, diaphragmatic Shu,pull cans,tank 10 to 15 minutes,once per day,three days after the day time,at the same time of traditional Chinese medicine health education,compared two groups of children with treatment efficient and parents satisfaction.Results 48 cases per cutem therapy group effect is superior to western medicine control group,48 cases satisfaction is higher than the control group.Conclusionback cutem therapy infantile cough acupoints have obvious effect,significantly improve the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the parents satisfaction.
