目的：探讨胆道镜联合钬激光碎石术后患者血清及胆汁中降钙素原（PCT）水平的变化。方法：将2011年1月—2014年6月37例胆道结石患者分为胆道镜器械取石组（18例）和钬激光碎石组（19例），观察两种术式对患者术后8 h，24 h，48 h，3 d，5 d 血清及胆汁中降钙素原水平的影响。结果：钬激光碎石组术后第8小时，第24小时，第48小时血清及胆汁中降钙素原水平明显低于胆道镜器械取石组（P ﹤0.05），术后第3天，第5天两组相比差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。手术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。结论：钬激光治疗胆道结石术后血清及胆汁中炎性递质波动小，安全可行。

목적：탐토담도경연합화격광쇄석술후환자혈청급담즙중강개소원（PCT）수평적변화。방법：장2011년1월—2014년6월37례담도결석환자분위담도경기계취석조（18례）화화격광쇄석조（19례），관찰량충술식대환자술후8 h，24 h，48 h，3 d，5 d 혈청급담즙중강개소원수평적영향。결과：화격광쇄석조술후제8소시，제24소시，제48소시혈청급담즙중강개소원수평명현저우담도경기계취석조（P ﹤0.05），술후제3천，제5천량조상비차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。수술후병발증비교차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。결론：화격광치료담도결석술후혈청급담즙중염성체질파동소，안전가행。
Objective:To explore effective of postoperative serum and bile procalcitonin(PCT)level and clinical indica-tors. Methods:From May 2010 to May 2014,55 cases patients with complicated biliary calculi were randomly divided into cho-ledochoscopy lithotomy group(18 cases)and holmium laser lithotripsy group(19 cases),comparing the difference of PCT lev-els in serum and bile and related clinical indicators in postoperative 8 h,24 h,48 h and 3rd,5th days. Results:Serum and bile PCT level of holmium laser lithotripsy group is significantly lower than choledochoscopy lithotomy group in postoperative 8 h,24 h,48 h(P ﹤ 0. 05),but there have no obvious difference in postoperative 3rd,5th day(P ﹥ 0. 05). Surgical complications have no obvious difference in two group(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion:Thepostoperative serum and bile procalcitonin level by holmium la-ser lithotomy have small fluctuations,is safty and feasible.
