The TCM hospital alliance in Nanjing metropolis is the first TCM regional healthcare alliance in Jiangsu province and it aims to enhance the service ability of regional TCM hospitals. This paper analyses the achievements and existing problems in the practice of developing the healthcare alliance, and then puts forward the future development to provide reference for health care reform.
