目的：探究消化内科上消化道出血的临床诊治效果。方法对医院消化道内科在2012年1月-2013年9月救治的62例消化道出血患者资料进行研究，主要通过胃镜检查，对患者进行消化性溃疡穿孔手术治疗，并结合保守治疗的方式进行静脉注射等，分析整个胃液的检查情况，观察患者的出血情况和病情稳定等多方面的因素。结果62例上消化道出血患者，通过胃镜检查确诊，确诊的准确率为100%，其中有4例经过手术治疗后痊愈出院，出院率为100%；在58例患者进行保守的内科药物治疗，53例患者在48h内得到有效控制，病情稳定。治疗总有效率为95%。讨论消化性溃疡是消化内科上消化道出血的主要原因，通过药物治疗与手术手术治疗取得了良好的疗效，值得临床推广。

Objective Explore digestive medicine clinical treatment effects on gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Hospital gastrointestinal medical patient data in 62 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding January 2012-September 2013 treatment were studied,mainly through endoscopy,surgery for the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer perforation,combined with conservative treatment approach intravenous injections,analysis and inspection of the entire gastric observed a number of factors,such as bleeding and stabilize the patient's condition. Results 62 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients diagnosed by endoscopy,diagnosis accuracy rate of 100%,of which 4 cases were discharged after surgery,discharge rate of 100%;58 patients underwent conservative medical therapy,53 patients are effectively controlled within 48h,stable condition.The total effective rate was 95%. Conclusion Peptic ulcer is the main reason for the medicine digestive gastrointestinal bleeding,through drug treatment and surgery surgical treatment achieved good effect,worthy of promotion.
