By analysis of equipment and piping of the booster of air separation unit,it is considered that the improper design of 3 back to 1 piping connection of the booster is the root cause for abnormal vibration of the booster of the air separation unit.Therefore reasonable vibration reduction measures are adopted,the abnormal vibration amplitude is reduced effectively,the vibration value of the unit is kept at about 37.0μm.
