目的：分析遵义市6所三级医院2010年-2012年资产及服务利用情况。方法：收集6所三级公立医院的相关数据，采用统计描述的方法从人力成本、床位、资产结构以及工作效率等方面对其资产及服务利用情况进行分析与评价。结果：样本医院职工人数和人力资源成本不断增加，病床周转率和病床使用次数不断提高，服务能力和工作效率有了明显提升，但资产结构不够合理，存在偿债能力不足的风险。结论：针对性地提出必须要兼顾成本性和激励性的原则，合理设置病床数，优化资产结构，控制负债规模等政策建议。
목적：분석준의시6소삼급의원2010년-2012년자산급복무이용정황。방법：수집6소삼급공립의원적상관수거，채용통계묘술적방법종인력성본、상위、자산결구이급공작효솔등방면대기자산급복무이용정황진행분석여평개。결과：양본의원직공인수화인력자원성본불단증가，병상주전솔화병상사용차수불단제고，복무능력화공작효솔유료명현제승，단자산결구불구합리，존재상채능력불족적풍험。결론：침대성지제출필수요겸고성본성화격려성적원칙，합리설치병상수，우화자산결구，공제부채규모등정책건의。
Objectives: To analyze assets and services utilization of 6 tertiary public hospitals during 2010 to 2012 in Zunyi. Methods: Data were collected in these hospitals and description statistical methods were used to analyze and assess the human resources cost, beds, asset structure and efficiency to analyze and evaluate the assets and service utilization. Results: The number of medical staffs and human resource costs are increasing, bed turnover rate and the frequency of use of hospital beds improve continually, service capacity and efficiency also improve significantly, while the asset structure is not reasonable for the risk of solvency deficiencies. Conclusion: Suggestions such as considering both the principle of cost and stimulating, keeping suitable beds, optimizing asset structure and controlling debt scale are presented.
