目的：了解白云区居民食用盐碘含量，掌握我区居民食用碘盐动态情况，为更好地制定碘缺乏病的防治措施提供科学依据确保居民科学补碘。方法按照《全国碘盐监测方案》要求，对白云区2012-2015年碘盐监测进行了分析。结果①检测碘盐1330份，碘盐合格率分别为98.00%、99.00%、99.67%和95.12%。②我区不合格碘盐中碘离子含量超标碘盐明显多于碘离子含量未达标碘盐。结论我区居民户碘盐呈一稳定趋势，虽已达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准，但仍有不合格碘盐出现，严格控制加碘含量预防不合格碘盐流入市场刻不容缓。
