阐述学习投入的概念，综述国内护理本科生学习投入的现状，从个体变量(包括人口统计学变量和个体特征变量)、环境变量(包括家庭和学校等变量)分析护理本科生学习投入的影响因素，提出改进建议，促使护理教育者加强对学习投入的重视，采取有效的措施帮助护生提高学习投入的程度，提高护理教育质量。

This paper expatiated the definition of study engagement,reviewed the domestic situation in under-graduate nursing students,and analyzed impact effectors from individual variables (including demographic varia-bles and individual characteristics variables)and environment variables (including family and school variables). In order to urge nursing educators to pay more attention on students’study engagement,take effective measures to help them improving their degree of study engagement,and improve the quality of nursing education,this pa-per gave some recommendations for improvement.
