目的：探讨品管圈（QCC）活动在降低全血细胞分析异常结果漏检率中的作用。方法：成立品管圈小组，确立“降低全血细胞分析异常结果漏检率”为活动主题，运用有效的质量管理工具进行现状调查、原因解析、目标设定、对策实施与标准化。结果：实施QCC活动3个月后，全血细胞分析异常结果漏检率由活动前的1.97‰降为0.93‰（P<0.01），目标达成率127%，圈员6个方面的能力显著提高。结论：通过开展QCC活动，有效降低了全血细胞分析异常结果漏检率，显著提高了圈员综合素质，提升了检验科临检工作的质量管理水平。同时，本次活动在青岛市中心医疗集团首届品管圈大赛中取得优异的成绩，大大提高了检验科在医院的整体形象，值得持续开展下去。
목적：탐토품관권（QCC）활동재강저전혈세포분석이상결과루검솔중적작용。방법：성립품관권소조，학립“강저전혈세포분석이상결과루검솔”위활동주제，운용유효적질량관리공구진행현상조사、원인해석、목표설정、대책실시여표준화。결과：실시QCC활동3개월후，전혈세포분석이상결과루검솔유활동전적1.97‰강위0.93‰（P<0.01），목표체성솔127%，권원6개방면적능력현저제고。결론：통과개전QCC활동，유효강저료전혈세포분석이상결과루검솔，현저제고료권원종합소질，제승료검험과림검공작적질량관리수평。동시，본차활동재청도시중심의료집단수계품관권대새중취득우이적성적，대대제고료검험과재의원적정체형상，치득지속개전하거。
Objective:To investigate the application of Quality Control Circle(QCC) in reducing undetected abnormal blood cell analysis rate. Methods:We established a QCC team, and confirmed“reducing undetected abnormal blood cell analysis rate”as the theme, and used an effective quality management tools to analyze reasons,set up goals, perform and standardize countermeasure. Results:After the application of QCC activities for three months, undetected abnormal blood cell analysis rate decrease from 1.97‰to 0.93‰ (P<0.01),the target rate reached 127%, the ability of the members increased significantly. Conclusions:We reduced the undetected abnormal blood cell analysis rate,by carrying out the QCC got good grades in the first QCC contest Of Qingdao Medical Group , and improved the overall image of the inspection department at the hospital, It is worth to be pursued persistently.
