本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮( SI)对哺乳母猪生产性能、血液生理生化指标及粪便微生物菌群影响. 选择平均体重为(151.05±4.53) kg、体况良好及背膘厚和分娩日龄相近的初产大白猪48头,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1头母猪. 对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加5、10和15 mg/kg SI. 试验期21 d. 结果表明:1)试验组哺乳母猪平均日采食量极显著高于对照组( P<0.01);10 mg/kg SI组21 d泌乳量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料乳比显著降低于对照组(P<0.05). 2)10 mg/kg SI组哺乳母猪血液生长激素(GH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、17-β雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、总蛋白(TP)含量显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05). 3)10 和 15 mg/kg SI 组乳脂率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);15 mg/kg SI组乳糖率显著高于对照组( P<0.05);10 mg/kg SI组乳蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05). 4)试验组粪便大肠杆菌数量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),双歧杆菌数量均极显著高于对照组( P<0.01). 由此可见,饲粮中添加适宜水平的SI能改善哺乳母猪的生产性能、血液生理生化指标,维持肠道微生物菌群平衡. 哺乳母猪适宜的SI添加水平为10 mg/kg.

본시험지재연구사량중첨가대두이황동( SI)대포유모저생산성능、혈액생리생화지표급분편미생물균군영향. 선택평균체중위(151.05±4.53) kg、체황량호급배표후화분면일령상근적초산대백저48두,수궤분위4조,매조12개중복,매개중복1두모저. 대조조사위기출사량,시험조재기출사량적기출상분별첨가5、10화15 mg/kg SI. 시험기21 d. 결과표명:1)시험조포유모저평균일채식량겁현저고우대조조( P<0.01);10 mg/kg SI조21 d비유량현저고우대조조(P<0.05),료유비현저강저우대조조(P<0.05). 2)10 mg/kg SI조포유모저혈액생장격소(GH)、삼전갑상선원안산(T3)、17-β자이순(E2)、최유소(PRL)、총단백(TP)함량현저혹겁현저고우대조조(P<0.05혹P<0.01),사전갑선원안산(T4)、감유삼지(TG)、뇨소담(UN)함량현저저우대조조(P<0.05). 3)10 화 15 mg/kg SI 조유지솔균현저고우대조조(P<0.05);15 mg/kg SI조유당솔현저고우대조조( P<0.05);10 mg/kg SI조유단백함량현저고우대조조(P<0.05). 4)시험조분편대장간균수량균겁현저저우대조조(P<0.01),쌍기간균수량균겁현저고우대조조( P<0.01). 유차가견,사량중첨가괄의수평적SI능개선포유모저적생산성능、혈액생리생화지표,유지장도미생물균군평형. 포유모저괄의적SI첨가수평위10 mg/kg.
This trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary soybean isoflavone ( SI) levels on per-formance, blood physiological and biochemical indices and fecal microorganism flora of lactating sows. A total of 48 large white pigs with body weight of (151.05±4.53) kg (which had good condition, similar back fat and birthday age) were randomly arranged into 4 groups with 12 replicates per group and 1 lactating sow per replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, and three trial groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5, 10 and 15 mg/kg SI, respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows:1) the average daily feed intake of trial groups was significantly higher than that of the control group of lacta-ting sows ( P<0.01); the 21 days milk yield of 10 mg/kg SI group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) , and the feed/lactating of 10 mg/kg SI group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05) . 2) The content of growth hormone, triiodothyronine, estrogen, prolactin and total protein in blood of 10 mg/kg SI group were significantly higher than those of the control group of lactating sows (P<0.05), while the contents of tetraiodothyronine, glycerin trilaurate and usea nitrogen in blood of 10 mg/kg SI group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05) . 3) The butterfat ratio of 5 and 10 mg/kg SI groups was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) , the lactose ra-tio of 15 mg/kg SI group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the lactoprotein content of 10 mg/kg SI group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) . 4) The fecal Escherichia coli number of trial groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), and the fecal Lactobacillus number of trial groups was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.01) . In conclusion, dietary supplementation of SI at proper level can improve performance, blood physiological and biochemical indices, maintain intestinal microorganism flora balance of lactating sows. The suitable supplemen-tal level of SI for lactating sows is 10 mg/kg.
