[目的]探讨基于问题教学法(PBL)结合基于案例教学法(CBL)在临床护士科研培训中的应用。[方法]采用自身实验前后对照设计。成立护理科研兴趣小组,并组建科研教学小组,运用 PBL+CBL 教学法对兴趣小组成员进行为期6个月培训,比较培训前后小组成员科研能力水平。[结果]经过6个月的培训之后,小组成员科研能力水平的总体得分以及各个维度得分均有增加。除问题发现能力维度外,总分及各维度前后得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);发表科研论文人数及论文数量均有明显增加。[结论]PBL+CBL 教学法对临床护士进行科研能力培训可以激发临床护士对科研知识学习的兴趣。

Objective:To investigate the effects of problem based learning (PBL)combined with case based learning (CBL)in clinical nurses'scientific research abilities training.Methods:It was a before after designed study.We established nursing scientific research interest group,members in which be trained by the PBL+CBL combination teaching method for six months,by the members of scientific research teaching team.After all,we compared the members scientific research ability level before and after.Results:After six months of training, the team members'scientific research ability level of the overall score and each dimension scores were increased. There is a statistical significance (P <0.01)between the before and after comparison of total score and each di-mension score,except of the problems found capability dimensions.The number of published research papers and publications have increased significantly.Conclusion:Training scientific research ability on clinical nurses u-sing PBL plus CBL teaching method could arouse clinical nurses'interests to study the scientific knowledge.
