医院护理中会有一些不可避免的医疗意外，而这些意外都是缺少制度性护理管理导致的，则需要相应的护理制度管理。医院护理管理措施是根据相关常规护理以及特殊护理知识制定的护理管理制度，其有着事实依据和科学性，能避免一些常见的医疗意外，同时也提高了医学护理的质量和水平。本文就医院管理措施的实施与有效性研究进行阐述，旨在为医院护理管理提供科学依据资料，提升医院护理管理的水平。
