对德兴铜矿所产钼精矿焙烧过程及影响因素进行分析,通过试验和实践探索,寻找到最佳的工艺组合。从钼精矿氧化焙烧机理入手,对氧化温度、空气流、钼精矿品质、台效、回转窑结构等因素进行分析和条件优化,总结了一套适合该种原料特性的加工工艺组合,对于类似的加工作业具有一定的借鉴意义。

through studied on the process and its influencing factors of oxidizing roasting molybdenum concentrate in the Dexing copper mine and experiments, actual practice, the best combination process was found. Based on the mechanism of Molybdenum concentrate oxidizing roasting, analyzed and optimized on the structure factors of oxidation temperature, air flow, quality of Molybdenum concentrate, efficiency, structure of rotary kiln, etc, a serious of treatment combination process which used for this kinds of material was summarized, it supplied a significance reference to the similar processing work.
