在利用耦合理论分析“四化”同步发展关系基础上,构建“四化”耦合协调度指标体系和评价模型,对陕西省10个市“四化”发展水平及协调度进行实证研究。结果表明,陕西省“四化”耦合协调度平均值为0.3327,处于耦合拮抗程度逐渐降低的轻度失调状态；“四化”同步发展存在着较为显著的区域性差异,耦合协调度大致符合关中、陕北、陕南梯度递减的空间分布规律；各市耦合协调度均不高,多数市区属于轻度失调及中度失调地区。
재이용우합이론분석“사화”동보발전관계기출상,구건“사화”우합협조도지표체계화평개모형,대합서성10개시“사화”발전수평급협조도진행실증연구。결과표명,합서성“사화”우합협조도평균치위0.3327,처우우합길항정도축점강저적경도실조상태；“사화”동보발전존재착교위현저적구역성차이,우합협조도대치부합관중、협북、협남제도체감적공간분포규률；각시우합협조도균불고,다수시구속우경도실조급중도실조지구。
Based on the analysis of the four modernizations synchronous development inner mechanism,a“four modernizations”coupling coordination degree index system and evaluation model is constructed. The “four modernizations”development level and coordination degree of 10 cities in Shanxi Province are analyzed based on the empirical research.Results show that the average value of the “four modernizations”of 10 cities in Shaanxi province coupling coordination degree is 0.332 7,which is in the mild imbalance due to the gradually reducing of the coupling antagonism degree.The “four modernizations”synchronous development shows a relatively significant regional differences and the coupled coordination degree are broadly in line with the spatial distribution of gradient descending:Guanzhong,Shanbei,Shannan.The coupling coordination degree is not high.Most cities belong to the mild disorders and moderate disturbance region.
