在碱液-电解工艺生产1#精碲时,电解采用不溶性阳极,反应过程中产生氧气,在阳极上出现副产物。贵冶精碲生产中产生的碲阳极泥含碲约40%左右,采用酸浸还原工艺进行回收,碲回收率约为90%。通过实验探索找到了一种处理碲阳极泥的新工艺,在浸出温度95℃、浸出时间3h、液固比5、还原剂用量为3倍碲金属量的条件下加入还原剂A进行浸出,碲阳极泥中有价金属的回收率可由90%左右提高至95%以上。

during alkali electrolytic process of 1 # pure tellurium production, insoluble anode was used in electrolysis , oxygen could be generated in the reaction process and by-products were appeared in the anode. Around 40%tellurium contained in Guixi smelter’s tellurium anode slime, acid leaching reduction process was adopted and tellurium recovery rate was about 90%. Through exploration the experiment, a new recovery technology of tellurium anode slime was found. By using reducing agent A leaching under the conditions of 95℃leaching temperature, 3h leaching time, 5 liquid-solid ratio, 3 times of tellurium metal quantities reducing agent feeding, the recovery rate of valuable metals in tellurium slime could be increased from 90%to 95%above.
